Walmart Employee Held Hostage At Gun Point, Media REFUSES To Cover The Story

Jessica Redfern, a Mississippi Walmart employee was held hostage at gunpoint by a black woman who was ultimately shot dead by local authorities.

According to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, an officer was able to save the woman by fatally shooting the suspect. A video of the terrified employee being held hostage inside Walmart is currently circulating on social media. In the footage, the armed individual was heard yelling and complaining about a crying baby. She then said, “I ain’t tryna hurt anybody.” The person recording from their phone responded, “Why don’t you let her go then, please?” before the video cut off. “You can tell the employee’s life is flashing before her eyes. She’s thinking she’s going to die today. This traumatizing event changed her life forever. I hope she’s OK,” one user tweeted.

Mainstream media refused to cover the story, yet social media journalists across the country were quick to report on the tragedy. Jack Posobiec, Senior Editor at HumanEvents.com posted the video on Twitter Thursday morning.

TMZ, one of the few others to cover the story reported … the hostage situation played out on video Wednesday night at a crowded Walmart in Richland, MS … with Jessica being held against her will at gunpoint before police responded and ultimately shot and killed the suspect.
