Bill Melugin, a National correspondent for Fox News who covers the southern border, reported the most shocking border crossing to date as thousands storm El Paso, TX ahead of the repeal of Title 42.
CBP sources told reporters that more than 4,800 migrants have crossed illegally in just the last 24 hours and that hundreds of illegal migrants were released into the city.

In a follow-up tweet, Melugin said a caravan of nearly 20 migrant buses was escorted by Mexican police into Ciudad Juarez before they crossed en masse into El Paso, TX. “There is now a massive line of migrants waiting to be taken into custody by Border Patrol, and more are coming,” Melugin reported. “El Paso sector had over 2,600 crossings in 24 hrs Fri-Sat.”

Melugin also showed a photo of part of the huge group walking to the border after they were dropped off at NGOs in Ciudad Juarez, MX.
CBP sources told reporters that more than 4,800 migrants have crossed illegally in just these two sectors in last 24 hours. Obama DHS Sec. Jeh Johnson said 1,000 per day nationwide would be a “crisis”.
