Mike Lindell, CEO of My Pillow, during an episode of Steve Bannon’s War Room, told Bannon that he is suing the United States government and the FBI for unconstitutionally seizing his phone.

“You’re hearing it here first everybody. We’re suing the United States government and the FBI. And this isn’t just to get the phone back. This is my first, fourth, and fifth amendment rights were broken. […] We’re not going to put up with this. We’re not going to be the Gestapo like Nazi Germany,” Lindell told Bannon.

Lindell continued to unload on the number one rated show on Gettr, War Room. He said “We’re going to go places where no man has gone before. This will set a precedent. This has to stop.”

Bannon weighed in telling Mike Lindell and the audience that “Mike Lindell has nothing to hide”. He then took aim at US Attorney General Merrick Garland, saying “There’s no substitute for victory. When we win on November 8th, that little squirrel, Garland, is gonna get impeached. Chris Ray is gonna get impeached or terminated. The way we do this is to punch back at the ballot box, and Mike Lindell is going to take the lead in punching back and using the constitution of the United States.”
