OPINION: SCOTUS Vaccine Mandate Ruling Reveals Catastrophic Degree Of Ignorance

Of course the Justices know, at least should know, their function is to insure legal compliance with the Constitution, a document designed to restrain government from over reach while protecting the populace, individually and corporately. Their rulings on the vax mandates, upholding on medical workers while dismissing OSHA enforcement on businesses, prove confusion and lack of details.

Clearly the Justices are not considering, and probably are not aware of the expert warnings the vaxesmay have both short term and long term negative effects harmful to the recipients, or that effective alternatives are available. Thanks to very selective reporting and “misinformation”, critical facts and expert medical opinion has been filtered with bias by politics and media. There is certainly more than enough expert opinion, reports and evidence to question the wisdom, and certainly the Constitutionality of denying personal decision and forcing anyone, including healthcare workers, to submit to an inoculation.

I offer a small portion of that evidence below, but first consider this: Sotomayor, while discussing fetal life and ability to feel pain, made the argument that 40% of dead people will react if you touch their feet so a reaction by a fetus cannot be considered a sign of life. Even if her “40% of dead people” information was accurate the fact a fetus has a heartbeat nullifies her argument completely. Sotomayor also said, “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators.” Actually, less than 5,000 children were hospitalized at the time. She seems to be living in a narrative based universe of her own imagination. How much confidence can the populace have in her thinking. It’s easy to see why her position, comments and decisions are always in opposition to those of Justice Thomas.

As soon as mass vaccinations began a vaccine developer, Dr. Bossche, warned the world that due to the design of the spike protein vaccines, they should be selectively applied since mass vaccinating would result in inevitable variants, reduced efficacy and increased pandemic with global consequences, (1) He’s been ignored and his warning has since come to pass. Fortunately, the latest variant has the mildest symptoms of all. Within the medical community there is no disputing the fact the vaccines do not protect against transmission or contagion, only severity of disease. Only political and media misinformation claims otherwise. There is, in fact, evidence the vaccines have now reached “negative efficacy”, as predicted. In other words, the statistics show the virus is spreading more among the vaccinated than the unvacinated. (2)

Dr Bossche isn’t alone. Many scientists and healthcare professionals are on record having warned about mass inoculating including virologist Dr Robert Malone who has been referred to as “the father of mRNA vaccines” do to his work at Salk Institute for Biological Studies in the 1980s, “He has served as an adjunct associate professor of biotechnology at Kennesaw State University, and he co-founded Atheric Pharmaceutical, a company that was contracted by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases in 2016”. When an MIT scientist, Dr. Seneff, explained her reason to fear long term effects of the vaccine due to the resulting excess spike protein and was asked her opinion about parents being pressured to get their child vaccinated she replied, “I would say, do everything you can to avoid it, absolutely everything you can.” (4)

According to The Lancet dated Nov 19, 2021 “The US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) identifies four of the top five counties with the highest percentage of fully vaccinated population (99.9–84.3%) as “high” transmission counties.” It also quotes “Increases in COVID-19 are unrelated to levels of vaccination across 68 countries and 2947 counties in the United States.” (5)

According to many sources vaccines are not the only effective treatment despite misinformation to the contrary. The International Journal of Infectious Diseases report dated April of 2021, regarding the emergency response to Covid-19 in Tlaxcala, Mexico where TNR4, a multidrug therapy (Ivermectin, Azithromycin, Montelukast, and ASA) was administered, TNR4 increased the likelihood of recovery 3.4 times in ambulatory COVID-19 cases, reduced the risk of hospitalization by 75% and reduced the risk of death by 81%. (6)

Health kits were given to patients in Peru, and India as well as Mexico City containing Ivermectin with apparent very positive results, yet the narrative protecting media in America touts Ivermectin as “horse medicine” in spite of the fact 3.7 billion doses have been given to humans over the past forty years. To use their terms, this is known as “disinformation/misinformation”.

It has repeatedly been reported that while the vaccines lower the risk of personal severe disease they do not stop the contagion or transmissibility of Covid-19, especially Omicron, which is displacing the much more dangerous Delta variant. The political and media hype and fear mongering is focused on Omicron’s much higher transmissibility (regardless of vaccination status) while ignoring it’s apparent provision of immunity to the Delta variant.
