Supreme Court Nominee Judge Jackson Refuses To Define ‘Woman’ During Hearing

It’s really not a hard question, and we all know why Senator Blackburn asked it, but Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to answer for fear that she’d quickly lose support from the woke mob along with the far-left progressives who continue to push multiple genders as a norm in today’s society.

According to Judge Jackson’s hearing on Tuesday, Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) simply asked Jackson,

“Can you provide a definition for the word woman?”

“Can I provide a definition?” Judge Jackson responded somewhat surprised.

“Mhmm, yeah,” Blackburn responded.

“I can’t,” Jackson said.

“You can’t?” Blackburn responded.

“Mmm, not in this context — I’m not a biologist,” Judge Jackson said.

The Democrats were quick to slam Blackburn, questioning the relevance the question had to her nomination to the Supreme Court, but someone who is expected to be able to interpret the law for all Americans should at least be able to explain the factual differences between a woman and a man, which she is clearly unable or not willing to do.

It seems that Judge Jackson is playing identity politics rather than focusing on the supreme law of the land, and as a Supreme Court Justice nominee, that should worry us all.
