Megyn Kelly, while speaking on The Rubin Report, said “the only way DeSantis is going to become the Republican nominee is if Trump chooses not to run and endorses him, or dies”.

Kelly was referring to the fact that there is no way the “hardcore MAGA’ abandons Trump for DeSantis, and that most conservatives like DeSantis but don’t believe it’s his turn yet.

Kelly said that she hears from the MAGA crowd all the time on her show and claims that “they like him, they like DeSantis, but they would never cross Trump for him, and they think DeSantis owes his political career to Trump.” She then said, “if forced to choose, they will chose Trump.”
