BREAKING: NY Parents SUE School Board For ‘Disseminating Pornography’ To Students

Published on

A group of parents and grandparents in New York State are suing an entire School Board for “disseminating pornography” to students throughout its public schools according to a video that circulated across social media Friday evening.

A bond action has been filed against members of the Fairport, NY Central School District who have officially been put on notice that if they do not remove the pornographic material from their public schools immediately that they will all be personally held liable for distributing porn to minors, a crime that serves a minimum of 5 years to 20 years maximum prison sentence.

David Levine, a Fairport Central School District grandparent attended Tuesday’s school board meeting to discuss the highly inappropriate material that is being displayed in Fairport School Libraries. Levine then served the entire board including the Superintendant of FCSD following his speech.

According to Shannon Joy, a local radio show host and Fairport mother herself who has been involved in several lawsuits against the school district, 12 Fairport parents signed an 18-page intent to file bond actions and criminal complaints against the Fairport Central School District Board Members after an already eight-month battle demanding that the pornographic material be removed.

The highly inappropriate pornographic material remains in school libraries today. Joy is hoping the action bond could ultimately lead to criminal claims if the board fails to respond or comply with their demands.

Images of child pornography are not protected under First Amendment rights and are illegal contraband under federal law. Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age).

According to the United States Department of Justice, a first-time offender convicted of transporting child pornography in interstate or foreign commerce under 18 U.S.C. § 2252, faces fines and a statutory minimum of 5 years to 20 years maximum in prison.

The school board members have 2 days to respond to the bond action, according to Joy, otherwise criminal claims will be filed. Patriot One News has not reached out to the Fairport Central School District for comment.
