Don Lemon OBLITERATED Into Stunned Silence As Guest KO’s Him On Reparation Comment

Published on

Don Lemon attempted to disgracefully ruin what should have been a respectful interview Monday night regarding the Queen of England and her passing, by taking a cheap shot at the Royal Family over reparations.

CNN’s Socialist Lemon suggested that the Royal Family has some sort of obligation to pay slave reparations for their role in “colonization”.

“Well, this is coming when there’s all of this wealth [referring to King Charles III inheriting the Queen’s estate] and then you have those who are asking for reparations for colonializm, and they’re wondering, you know $100 billion, $24 billion here and there, $500 million there, some people want to be paid back, and members of the public are wondering why are we suffering when you have all of this vast wealth. Those are legitimate concerns,” Lemon told his guest.

Lemon was obliterated into stunned silence when his guest threw him off guard by agreeing with him that reparations were needed, but not by the Royal Family, but instead by African Kings who rounded up their own people and then sold them to other countries. The Buckingham Palace correspondent then went on to educate Don Lemon about the fact that Britain was actually the first country in the world to abolish slavery.

“2,000 naval men died on the high seas trying to stop slavery. Why? Because the African Kings were rounding up their own people. They had them in cages waiting on the beaches. No one was running into Africa trying to get them”.

“I think you’re totally right, if reparations need to be paid, we need to go right back to the beginning of that supply chain and say, who was rounding up their own people […] absolutely that’s where they should start,” the Buckingham correspondent fired back with.
