Marjorie Taylor Greene Says She Would Be ‘Honored” To Be Trump’s 2024 Running Mate

Trump/Greene 2024? Marjorie Taylor Greene said in a recent video interview that she would be “honored” if former President Donald Trump asked her to join his ticket in 2024 should he decide to run again, Newsweek reported.

A video of an interview with conservative media network Real America’s Voice, shared on Twitter by Patriot One News, shows Greene speaking during last week’s Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.

During the interview, Greene was asked what she thinks of conversations floating her as a potential running mate to Donald Trump in 2024. She answered that she would “definitely give that some strong consideration.”

“I love President Trump. I never hide that fact. I think he’s wonderful,” she said. “I have a great relationship with him. I talk him to frequently. I’m so thankful for him and his family, as we all are, and I defend him all the time.”

Greene added that she would “fight for that man because he fought for us” and described him as the kind of president “we need back.”

The Georgia Republican concluded by saying that “of course” she would be “honored” to join his ticket if asked.
