House Minority Leader and the presumed next Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (D-CA) told Sean Hannity on Wednesday night what a GOP House would do with the power of the purse. McCarthy said that the first order of business would be to eliminate Biden’s 87,000 new IRS agents and that Americans can expect that from day one.

“You will have the power to do that because you’d have the power of the purse, correct?” Hannity asks.

“That’s exactly right and we will use the power of the purse —the size of our debt has got to stop.”
