NUCLEAR WEAPONS? That’s Why The FBI Raided Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Residence?

Either the FBI has lost its damn mind, which could very well be the case after what we just witnessed over the last couple of years, or someone’s trying really hard to manufacture a story that just isn’t there.

According to Reuters, U.S. federal agents were looking for documents relating to nuclear weapons when they raided former President Donald Trump’s home in Florida this week, the Washington Post reported on Thursday.

Via The Washington Post:

Classified documents relating to nuclear weapons were among the items FBI agents sought in a search of former president Donald Trump’s Florida residence on Monday, according to people familiar with the investigation.

Experts in classified information said the unusual search underscores deep concern among government officials about the types of information they thought could be located at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club and potentially in danger of falling into the wrong hands.

The people who described some of the material that agents were seeking spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation. They did not offer additional details about what type of information the agents were seeking, including whether it involved weapons belonging to the United States or some other nation. Nor did they say if such documents were recovered as part of the search. A Trump spokesman did not respond to a request for comment. The Justice Department and FBI declined to comment.

We’re still not clear on whether documents pertaining to what the FBI is after were uncovered, but to suggest former President Trump is hiding information related to nuclear weapons is absolutely ludicrous and only undermines the credibility of the agency even further.

Not to mention, Trump has made it very clear that he has nothing to hide when it comes to the search warrant. On Thursday evening he hit back against AG Merrick Garland when he posted on Truth Social, ‘Release The Documents Now!’

A source familiar with the matter said the FBI retrieved about 10 boxes from Trump’s property during the search.

Trump was not in Florida at the time of the search.

Late on Thursday, Trump called for the immediate release of documents related to the search.

“Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents, even though they have been drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible future political opponents, who have a strong and powerful vested interest in attacking me, much as they have done for the last 6 years,” he said on his Truth Social platform.
