OVERRULED: Judge Overrules San Francisco Ordinance Allowing Noncitizens To Vote

Published on

I wouldn’t expect anything less out of California when it comes to cheating, stealing, and lying. After all, we’re talking about Nancy Pelosi’s hometown here. I always knew San Fram was a lost cause, but I had no idea how deranged the people really were out there until they actually considered allowing NON-US Citizens to vote! But then again, I do live in New York, so I’m well aware of how crazy people can be.

Allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections is a dangerous game the Democrats desperately want to make a reality. After all, why do you think Joe Biden and the Democrats are sneaking illegal immigrants into the country by the thousands? Step 1, get them in. Step 2, change the voting laws.

NYC tried to allow non-citizens the opportunity to vote as well recently but it was quickly shot down by a State Supreme Court judge out of Staten Island. Fortunately for the sanity of America, the same thing just happened in San Francisco.

A judge on Friday struck down a San Francisco law that allowed non-U.S. citizens to vote in school board elections.

According to Newsmax, the law permitting noncitizen parents of school-age children to vote in school board races was approved in 2016, took effect in 2018, and was extended indefinitely last year

The law was challenged by California attorney James Lacy in March of this year, with numerous groups joining the lawsuit, including the California Public Policy Foundation and the U.S. Justice Foundation.

The plaintiffs argued: ”The State of California has a long-standing requirement that voters must be United States citizens. This requirement applies to every election in the state, even those conducted by charter cities because determining voter qualifications is a matter of statewide concern where state law supersedes conflicting charter city ordinances.”

The suit also argued that since the San Francisco Unified School District receives money from state taxpayers, the whole state has an interest in its voters’ qualifications and that the board is elected in accordance with California law. In addition, it argued that the city does not have the authority to redefine who is eligible to vote, which would override the California Constitution.

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard Ulmer agreed, stating in his ruling that ”transcendent law of California, the Constitution … reserves the right to vote to a United States citizen, contrary to [the] San Francisco ordinance.”

We certainly need to keep our eyes on these sneaky Democrats as they continue to redefine America by changing constitutional law. First, it’s the school board elections, next it’s the President of The United States if we don’t keep them in check.

Nice try Dems, but now on our watch!
