Joe Biden can lie to the American people all he wants and claim that his unconstitutional workplace mandate is within the boundaries of the United States Consitution, but we the people aren’t stupid, and neither are the 50 GOP Senators that plan on taking Biden to court.

Just last week OSHA announced that it would be suspending the enforcement of Biden’s workplace vaccine mandate after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit fully blocked Biden’s executive order. The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the vaccine mandate “until further court order.”

50 GOP Senators also agree: the vaccine should be a personal medical decision and are mounting a last-ditch effort to challenge the Biden administration’s mandatory vaccine order. Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) is expected to introduce a joint resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act, Fox News reports.

“Today, my Republican colleagues and I will formally challenge this federal overreach, and I urge the Senate to vote in favor of this disapproval resolution when it comes to the Floor for a filibuster-proof, simple-majority vote in early December,” Braun told Fox News.
