A Defense Department report released Monday by Project Veritas blows a major hole in the Covid narrative that is regularly propagated by the mainstream media. The report was written by Marine Corps Major Joseph Murphy, formerly a fellow at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Major Murphy submitted the report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense in August of 2021.

The report details great concern over the Covid-19 gain-of-function program, the concealing of documents, the suppression of effective curatives, and the problems with the mRNA vaccines.

These are bombshell revelations that should cause every American to demand answers from their elected representatives about how this virus was created, why this information was covered up for so long, why so many of our fellow citizens have needlessly died and suffered severely because of the Covid-19 outbreak, and why those involved have not been held accountable.

Project Veritas says that Major Murphy was not the source of the documents they released, and Major Murphy is still in the military, although his fellowship with DARPA ended last August.

DARPA Receives Proposal to Conduct Coronavirus Research

In 2018, DARPA received a proposal from an organization called the Ecohealth Alliance to conduct research on bat-borne coronaviruses. The proposal was called DEFUSE. The organization’s proposal was rejected by DARPA because they believed the work was too dangerous and that it would violate the gain-of-function research moratorium.

Major Murphy’s report states that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the head of the NIAID (a division of the NIH) did not reject the proposal. The project went forward, and the work took place at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and several sites around the United States.

It is important to note that Dr. Fauci has stated repeatedly under oath that the NIAID and the NIH were not involved with the Ecohealth Alliance and their gain-of-function research program. But this testimony appears to contradict Major Murphy’s report.

There are a number of claims in this report that are astounding and, if true, would be devastating to the mainstream Covid narrative. Here are some examples:

The US Government was Involved in Creating the SARS-CoV-2 Virus

As stated earlier, although rejected by DARPA, the Ecohealth Alliance research project (which apparently resulted in the creation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) was funded by the NIAID, with much of the work taking place at US-based sites. Here is how the virus is described in Major Murphy’s report:

SARS-CoV-2 is an American-created recombinant bat vaccine, or its precursor virus. It was created by an EcoHealth Alliance program at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), as suggested by the reporting surrounding the lab leak hypothesis. The details of this program have been concealed since the pandemic began.

The report affirms the lab leak theory, but also makes a point to describe SARS-CoV-2 as American-created. There is another shocking assertion in this paragraph, which brings us to our second point:

The Final Goal of the EcoHealth Alliance Was Apparently to Create a SARS Vaccine

According to the above excerpt, SARS-CoV-2 is either a recombinant bat vaccine or its precursor virus. And it appears that the intention of the project was to develop a highly virulent virus (through gain-of-function research) then reverse engineer it into a vaccine. DARPA rightly rejected the project proposal as too dangerous, but the NIAID and EcoHealth Alliance recklessly pursued it anyway.

DARPA has a lot more details about the proposed project that have not been released to the public:

The contents of the proposed program are extremely detailed. Peter Daszak lays out step-by-step what the organization intends to do by phase and by location. The primary scientists involved, their roles, and their institutions are indicated. The funding plan for the WIV work is its own document… SARS-CoV-2’s form as it emerged is likely as a precursor, deliberately virulent, humanized recombinant SARSr-CoV that was to be reverse-engineered into a live attenuated SARSr-CoV bat vaccine. Its nature can be determined from analysis of its genome with the context provided by the EcoHealth Alliance proposal.

SARS-CoV-2 Escaped from the Wuhan Lab in August 2019 Before it Was Fully Developed

From the report:

SARS-CoV-2, hereafter referred to as SARSR-CoV-WIV, is a synthetic spike protein chimera engineered to attach to human ACE2 receptors and inserted into a recombinant bat SARSr-COV backbone. It is likely a live vaccine not yet engineered to a more attenuated state that the program sought to create with its final version. It leaked and spread rapidly because it was aerosolized so it could efficiently infect bats in caves, but it was not ready to infect bats yet, which is why it does not appear to infect bats. The reason the disease is so confusing is because it is less a virus than it is engineered spike proteins hitch-hiking a ride on a SARSr-CoV quasispecies swarm. The closer it is to the final live attenuated vaccine form, the more likely that it has been deattenuating since initial escape in August 2019.

Masks and mRNA Vaccines are NOT Effective Mitigation Measures against SARS-CoV-2

Remember in the summer of 2020 when we were told that masks were one of the best weapons that we had to fight the spread of Covid-19? But earlier in the Spring, Dr. Fauci and others told us that masks were useless. Turns out that the government knew all along that masks didn’t work to stop the spread of the virus. As for the vaccines – if this report is correct, we’ve been lied to from the beginning about their efficacy:

The reasons why nonpharmaceutical interventions like masks and medical countermeasures like the mRNA vaccines do not work well can be extrapolated from the details (of the proposal).

The gene-encoded, or “mRNA,” vaccines work poorly because they are synthetic replications of the already-synthetic SARSr-CoV-WIV synthetic spike proteins and possess no other epitopes. The mRNA instructs the cells to produce synthetic copies of the SARSr-CoV-WIV synthetic spike protein directly into the bloodstream, wherein they spread and produce the same ACE2 immune storm that the recombinant vaccine does. Many doctors in the country have identified that the symptoms of vaccine reactions mirror the symptoms of the disease, which corroborates with the similar synthetic nature and function of the respective spike proteins.

The vaccine recipient has no defense against the bloodstream entry, but their nose protects them from the recombinant spike protein quasispecies during “natural infection” (better termed as aerosolized inoculation).

There is a lot to unpack in this statement. First of all, the author of this report asserts that mRNA vaccines work poorly because they are essentially synthetic replicas of the actual virus. The author also notes that many doctors around the country have observed that the vaccines produce similar side effects to the symptoms of the disease itself.

There are two words that have we heard repeatedly to describe the vaccines since they first came out – “safe and effective”. To this day, every commercial promoting vaccines says the same thing. Unlike every other pharmaceutical product that comes out of the market, there is never any mention of potential side effects, and you don’t even hear the standard advice that you get with other ads – “talk to your doctor about…”

Apparently, they expect us to believe that this particular pharmaceutical product (the mRNA vaccine) is perfectly safe and there is nothing for anybody who takes it to worry about. But is that really true?

According to this report, it is not. And many of us already knew that by reading the CDC’s own Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), which shows more than 21,000 reported deaths and more than 1 million recorded vaccine injuries as of December 31, 2021.

As for vaccine efficacy, it’s glaringly obvious to almost everyone at this point that getting the shots does very little to prevent you from contracting or spreading Covid-19. Pfizer’s own CEO admitted as much just the other day.

So according to this report, the government is well aware that the mRNA vaccines are neither safe nor effective, and yet the CDC and other agencies have been telling us the exact opposite. Furthermore, millions of Americans have lost their jobs or are facing the threat of losing them for refusing the shots, and in some parts of the country, you can’t go to indoor commercial establishments without showing proof of the jab.

The Government Knew Early On that there Were Effective Early Treatments for Covid-19

From the Report:

The reasons why the early treatment protocols work as curatives are apparent… Ivermectin (identified as curative in April 2020) works throughout all phases of illness because it both inhibits viral replication and modulates the immune response. Of note, chloroquine phosphate (Hydroxychloroquine, identified April 2020 as curative) is identified in the proposal as a SARSr-CoV inhibitor, as is interferon (identified May 2020 as curative).

Remember early on in the pandemic when we heard about Hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for Covid-19? Some doctors were using it at the time to treat the original strain, but the medical establishment told us it was worthless, especially after President Trump started promoting it. Turns out that not only did the government know as of April 2020 that it was an effective curative for the virus, it was even identified as such in the EcoHealth Alliance proposal – before they even created the virus.

Later on, we started to hear about Ivermectin as doctors began using it to treat the virus. But then we were told by all the smart people that it was nothing but a “horse de-wormer”. Well, apparently the government knew that Ivermectin was a curative for Covid-19 in April 2020 as well. And they were also aware that Ivermectin works in “all phases of the illness.”

This is perhaps one of the most shocking discoveries from this report. To think that during the midst of the initial Covid-19 outbreak, when the country was locked down, children were kept out of school, millions of small businesses and houses of worship were closed, and everyone’s lives were disrupted, the government knew that there were effective early treatment protocols available, and yet they did not share this knowledge with the general public!

Had they employed these protocols on a mass scale at the beginning, hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved. Furthermore, there would never have been any rationale to justify the insane lockdowns that resulted in numerous other consequences; such as the economic devastation that we had to print trillions of dollars to get out of, missed diagnoses of other serious health conditions, a mental health crisis especially among younger people, people being deprived of key career opportunities, and people missing out on important events and precious moments with loved ones that they will never be able to get back.

None of this had to happen, and it all could have been prevented by simply employing the early treatment protocols that the government knew about at the time rather than locking us all down. But even more infuriating is the fact that, to this day, Covid patients have a very hard time getting Ivermectin or any other effective treatment for their illness – especially if they are in the hospital. To get these treatments, they need to look to alternative providers like those who are part of America’s Frontline Doctors.

The Truth Will Prevail

Major Murphy’s report to the DOD’s Inspector General is most likely just the tip of the iceberg. It is possible that Project Veritas will release follow-up documents and reports in the coming days as they often do with their stories. And there are sure to be revelations from other sources as well.

There are countless men and women who work in the government, the medical field, and other related industries who know what is going on and they know it is wrong. Many of them are recording what is happening, and as time goes on, the truth about this will eventually come out.

When it does, those who knowingly participated in all of this will be held to account. Until then, those of us with eyes to see and ears to hear must continue to push back against Covid fascism in whatever way we can.
