Opinion: Officials Refuse To Discuss Covid-19 Natural Immunity Despite Evidence Of Durability

Published on

In the midst of the fierce national debate over vaccine mandates and vaccine passports, the ‘elephant in the room’ that authorities do not seem to want to acknowledge is natural immunity. While the government has imposed mandates on federal agencies, federal contractors and the military and announced the intention to create an OSHA rule that will require employers with 100 or more employees to mandate the vaccine, they have mostly ignored natural immunity.

Someone who has had a prior Covid infection no doubt has natural antibodies to help fight off the virus. The question of exactly how strong and how durable these antibodies are is still being studied, but why do government officials refuse to talk about this issue at all? Their silence has created a lot of suspicion over what exactly is the real purpose of this widespread vaccination program, and what are their true intentions?

A reasonable person who has had and recovered from Covid would rightfully ask why they should be mandated to get the shot. These vaccines are not only brand-new, but the Pfizer and Moderna versions also employ the use of messenger RNA (mRNA) technology on humans for the first time ever in a widescale campaign. And with more than 17,000 deaths and 800,000+ adverse events reported to the CDC’s VAERs reporting system, many people with natural immunity want to avoid rolling the dice and risking a severe side effect when they already have adequate protection against the virus.

Back in September, Dr. Anthony Fauci was asked by CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta about a study from Israel that showed natural immunity to be stronger than the immunity conferred by the vaccines and why natural immunity was not sufficient to protect someone from Covid-19. Fauci said that he did not have a “firm answer” to that question, and he went on to say that this is something that “needs to be discussed.”

For millions of Americans who are facing deadlines to get the shot or lose their livelihood, this is far from a satisfactory explanation. Since your own natural immunity seems to produce as strong or stronger protection than immunity from the vaccines (and this has already been confirmed by numerous research studies), a reasonable government agency or private entity would at the very least grant exemptions to this group for the time being until we have more firm answers to this question. The fact that they are not doing this but instead they are threatening people’s livelihoods should cause anyone with any critical thinking skills to question the motives of those in authority.

CDC Doesn’t Dispute Natural Immunity

Recently, the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) engaged in a formal exchange with the CDC over the question of natural immunity. During the lengthy exchange, the CDC did not rebut the overwhelming evidence that natural immunity is superior to vaccine immunity.

In short, natural immunity provides strong and durable protection from getting the virus, as the nearly 100 studies referenced earlier confirm. Immunity from the vaccines, on the other hand, wanes pretty quickly.

As CNN reported earlier this month, studies are now confirming that immunity protection from the two-dose Pfizer vaccine drops off after a couple of months. But even aside from these studies, the fact that all three of the vaccine manufacturers in the US are promoting boosters shows that their products are not providing adequate protection.

When a vaccine promoter is pressed on natural immunity and why anyone who has it would need the shot, the answer they usually give is that the vaccine will provide an additional layer of protection on top of your natural antibodies. But there are a few problems with this assertion:

  1. Natural immunity appears to provide nearly 100% protection against getting reinfected with Covid. How much more protection do you really need against a virus that already has a 99% recovery rate if you do happen to get it?
  2. As we talked about earlier, the risk of side effects from these vaccines is real. 800,000 reported adverse events (and who knows how many more are unreported) is not a small number. Why would someone who already has very strong protection against the virus want to take that risk?
  3. Some scientists have warned that vaccinating people with natural immunity creates an additional risk of harm.
  4. These vaccines are less than a year old, so it will be quite a while before we know the long-term risks of taking the shot.

Why are Officials Ignoring Natural Immunity?

In the face of overwhelming evidence showing the efficacy and durability of natural immunity, why is it still being ignored? We are more than a year and a half into this pandemic, and we still haven’t had that “discussion” Dr. Fauci was talking about?

To quote Dr. Fauci, we don’t have a “firm answer” to why officials don’t want to acknowledge natural immunity, but one thing we do know – all of the potential answers to this question are bad.

At this point, we can only conclude that there is something very sinister behind this global vaccination campaign. There is no reasonable rationale for mandating that someone takes an experimental vaccine (with a risk of potential side effects including death) or lose their livelihood, and we as citizens must do everything in our power to put a stop to this. Otherwise, our society is headed for a very dark place.
